Take a SUP Fitness Class
Our new Fitness SUP sessions require prior paddling experience, and your flexibility to trot in the sand and to do crunches upon your board, but all at your own pace!
Our first 15 minutes are spent with a dynamic warmup, followed by PaddleFit water experiences for at least 30 minutes. We wrap up with a 15-minute comforting cool-down. Allow for an hour and a half but stay as long as you might like.
Save $10 if you bring your own SUP, paddle, and personal flotation device (call for discount code). Please remember that restroom facilities are not readily available so make sure to use the restroom prior to departure and stop again en route if necessary. Your comfort, safety, and enjoyment are always our priorities at Triad ECO Adventures.
Gratuities are not included, but greatly appreciated by your Fitness SUP team if the session is to be applauded

- Important Information
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and sign your waiver. We can’t wait for late arrivals. Wear comfortable clothing you don’t mind getting wet (recommend a bathing suit underneath, as we will be in and upon the water). You should also bring a towel and a change of clothes, just in case. But keep in mind there likely is not a place to change, so it’s best to come dressed in what you plan to wear.
