PaddleFit PADDLE-BOARDING THROUGHOUT THE TRIAD
Our StandUp Paddle Boarding coaching comes with all the gear you’ll need to gain a foothold of basic experience and understanding to become SUP-proficient, quickly! Learn the latest about boards, paddles, leashes, flotation device refinements and options, applicable NC vessel safety laws, and numerous stroke techniques.
After becoming familiar with the soft-surfaced SUP, we’ll practice paddling in seated/kneeling and standing positions. You’ll become totally confident with moving, stopping, and turning with forward, backward and sweeping strokes. Normally, the minimum age limit is around nine years old unless you can swim quite well.
Get the blood pumping with our fitness class! This is a great way to combine exercise with one of our favorite water activities. Start with warmups in the sand and progress to the board!
Plan a group paddle! Choose from a variety of local lakes and ponds to visit. We can go anywhere between Charlotte and Raleigh – even up to the mountains! Where do you want to go?
