This mellow PEDEGO adventure explores the very best of rural Winston-Salem pedaling between 2 local universities, a world famous racetrack, lots of kudzu, and up to the edges of water with potential detours galore (guide and skills dependent).

Oh my Gosh… allow us to take you upon a unique local escapade within (throughout) our community to experience and see additional places of history, people and fun including multiple stops, chances to eat and thirst-quench.
Riders must wear flat, closed-toe shoes, like sneakers or tennis shoes (no flip-flops, sandals, high heels, etc.), and dress for the day’s weather. Helmets must be worn – riders are welcome to bring their own or we will provide one. We recommend bringing along a water bottle and sunscreen.
Absolutely NO alcohol or drugs before your ride, nor medication that may affect your balance or good judgment.
There are no snacks or beverages included, although we can make a brief coffee stop during the tour.
There is free parking available in the parking lot that is shared with the YWCA just across the street.
