Take an intro SUP lesson on Salem or Belews Lake
Ever consider dancing on water? That’s what it feels like the first time you learn how to properly stand-up paddleboard (aka SUP), introduced to you locally on Salem Lake in 2014 by the Level III PaddleFit coaching staff with Triad ECO Adventures. Triad ECO Adventures also introduced SUP to Belews Lake in 2013 through the helpful PaddleFit coaching. Reach out to coworkers, family, neighbors, friends, and fellow church members to learn with you on this fun SUP introductory endeavor! Private SUP lessons and group packages are also readily available. Pick a day, pick your level of instruction, pick a lake, pick a time, and call on TEA!
Join us soon for this incredibly fun introductory SUP lesson and paddle tour, minutes from downtown Winston-Salem. This session provides methodical SUP coaching for you to learn (or polish) new skills, while also enjoying some Triad lake life. Even if you have some experience, you will likely learn new insights during this basic PaddleFit SUP class. If you listen to your instructor you won’t get wet (unless you want to). Very modern equipment is always included.
Gratuities also are not included, but always greatly appreciated by our SUP coach if you liked the lesson.

- Important Information
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in and sign your waiver. We can’t wait for late arrivals. Wear comfortable clothing you don’t mind getting wet (recommend a bathing suit underneath, as we will be in and upon the water). You should also bring a towel and a change of clothes, just in case. But keep in mind there likely is not a place to change, so it’s best to come dressed in what you plan to wear.
